Active listing actions.

Here are instructions for maintaining your active listings:

Update your listing by clicking on the “confirm listing as accurate” button. This adds “updated” to your listing for 30 days and changes the “last update” field to maximize your listing's natural points.

Edit your listing by clicking on the “edit listing” link BELOW your listing. Make sure to click on the “save” button at the bottom of the page to save changes. You will be taken to a page that only shows your updated listing after you save. Editing your listing maximizes your listing's natural points and adds “updated” to your listing as well.

See who e-mailed you by clicking on your listing title, then on the "who e-mailed" tab located along the top of your listing.

Change to “Not accepting” by clicking the box next to “accepting” to remove the check mark then click on the “confirm listing as accurate” button. Your listing will instantly move off the main search results page, but will still be publicly viewable on the list of tutors currently not accepting new students. This does NOT affect your listing's natural points. Setting your listing points to “0” is recommend to save your points pool for when you are actively looking for students again.

Remove “Not accepting from your listing by clicking on the box next to “accepting” to add a check mark, then click on the “confirm listing as accurate” button. Your listing will instantly change and start appearing in main search results again.

Your e-mail contact information is part of your account information. Click on "my account" in the menu above, then the “edit” tab to update your e-mail address and/or contact form setting in your user account. Please DO NOT include your e-mail address anywhere in your listing. It will be removed by an administrator. See this frequently asked question for more information.

Return to your listing page by clicking on "my account" in the menu above, then on the tab labelled "my listings."
