I am a BC certified math teacher with 6 years teaching experience and 15 years tutoring experience. I have a great rapport with students and I am very enthusiastic about math. Have taught English 8-12 for 33 years in secondary schools, tutoring ESL Gr.2 to adult;also non-ESL adult support Pleasant, kind and understanding of students' individual needs wishing to improve their English grammar, reading,writing, conversation and study skills. My strengths are essay writing, grammar, literary analysis, editing & test preparation. Elementary grades 2-7;secondary 8-12;university/college + adult editing.

I normally give 2-hour sessions once a week during the school year. I am also willing to give homework questions for students do to between sessions and they can scan and email for me to look at at no charge and if students have quick questions between sessions they may call me for help at no charge.Tutoring is a big part of my daily schedule. I do offer group rates for groups of 2 or 3. No student with a good attitude has ever failed with me.
