This FREE one-on-one session is for any high school math course offered in BC: grade 8 to 12, pre-calculus, foundations, history of math, calculus, etc.

Normally I do group sessions, but many students are intimidated by being part of a group of strangers, so it will only be me and you!

Mention which grade and course you are in, and submit examples of questions you'd like to go over when you register so I can prepare ahead of time if needed. If you don't have anything ready to submit, or forget, not to worry, we'll figure it out together when we meet!

I can help with any high school math, from grade 8 to 12. I cover pre-calculus and foundations. I've also helped mature students with math upgrades for career changes.
Location: Nanaimo - Ladysmith, BC
I'm located in Cedar, equidistant from both Ladysmith and downtown Nanaimo. I can tutor either in-person in the dedicated tutoring room in my home, or on-line using Zoom.
I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and many years experience tutoring students in math. I create notes of every session, and e-mail a PDF to students at the end of each session. I take only a limited number of students to keep my schedule flexible to accommodate extracurricular activities and sports. Note I reply to inquiries quickly, if you don't hear from me, check your spam folder, or include a phone number so I can follow up with a call.
