This is a series I'm doing for the second quarter-semester of 2020. Some of the big topics covered in grade 9 math: rational numbers (aka fractions), exponent laws, polynomials and linear relations, cause students stress. I'll break it all down to help you understand it better and hopefully it will seem easier.

I'll cover any topic in grade 9 math requested. When you register, please include a note on what you want to cover. Once I have someone registered, I'll update this description so everyone knows exactly what is going to be covered in the session.

If I don't get any specific requests ahead of time, I'll just answer and explain as many questions as possible during the half hour.

I can help with any high school math, from grade 8 to 12. I cover pre-calculus and foundations. I've also helped mature students with math upgrades for career changes.
Location: Nanaimo - Ladysmith, BC
I'm located in Cedar, equidistant from both Ladysmith and downtown Nanaimo. I can tutor either in-person in the dedicated tutoring room in my home, or on-line using Zoom.
I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and many years experience tutoring students in math. I create notes of every session, and e-mail a PDF to students at the end of each session. I take only a limited number of students to keep my schedule flexible to accommodate extracurricular activities and sports.
