Don't pay a tutoring agency $45/hr (or more) or an inexperienced tutor $15/hr. I have 15+ yrs of experience with 1 on 1 tutoring of only Math Grades 8-12 and therefore am extremely familiar with the material and what to expect on exams.
Available online (using Zoom) for anyone in BC - I have an excellent setup for online tutoring (ask me how it works)! May be available in person in areas around Surrey but possibly at a higher rate.
Math is a series of building blocks and finding the missing block (it may be from the previous year) is the first step to success. I also teach memorization tricks which are key to learning. As proof of my success, I am often retained by families for multiple years and many of my new students come from referrals from one family to another. Students have told me 'you should have been a teacher' and 'this is easy, why didn't the teacher explain it this way?'.
