I am patient and empathetic. My approach is practical and tailored to the individual, using Socratic questioning, visual walk-throughs, memory strategies, and backtracking. I’ve been tutoring for 15+ years, with university training in Math, Chemistry, Biology, Statistics, and Computer Science. I have helped a variety of students, including those with neurodivergence, ADHD, & anxiety. Students are relieved that concepts finally click. I also support French immersion students.

I normally give 2-hour sessions once a week during the school year. I am also willing to give homework questions for students do to between sessions and they can scan and email for me to look at at no charge and if students have quick questions between sessions they may call me for help at no charge.Tutoring is a big part of my daily schedule. I do offer group rates for groups of 2 or 3. No student with a good attitude has ever failed with me.

I am a sponsored rock climber and the first Canadian in history to climb the grade 5.15. I graduated in Engineering Physics from Queen's University and was awarded the gold medal for achieving the highest standing in the graduating class of 2008. I worked as an Engineer-In-Training for 3 years before my focus turned to rock climbing.
