Refund Policy
We rarely get requests for refunds, however in extenuating circumstances we will consider giving a refund within 30 days of payment being received. There is a $5 administrative fee for refunds. Alternatively the full amount can be credited to your account to be used to pay for a future order.
For tutor listings:
Request a refund by sending an e-mail to the administrator. Include the following information:
- Your Username
- Your full name
- Your mailing address
- Title of listing(s)
- Reason for refund
Notification of refund will be sent by e-mail, actual refund return will depend on payment method (PayPal, mailed cheque or other payment form).
Refund requests will typically be attended to within 48 hours, allow up to 7 days for administrative refund processing.
After 30 days past payment date, no refunds will be issued.
For side ads or listing points:
A refund will be issued within 30 days of payment receipt for the balance of unused bidding credits or listing points(less a $5 administration fee). No refunds will be issued for balances below $10.00.
No reimbursement will be given for bidding credits or listing points used between request for refund and administrative cancellation.
Note that listing points awarded by methods other than direct purchase have no monetary value and do no qualify for refund, nor can be used as account credit.
